How to send an Internet fax:
- Create a new message in your email.
- Enter your recipients fax number in the “To” field. (ex:, 1234567890@fax2mail.com) Don’t use any dashes or spaces.
- Enter the title in the “Subject” line; this will become the fax header.
- Type a message in the body of the email; this will become the cover page.
- Attach the document(s). Upload files in any format including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDF or JPEG.
How to receive an Internet fax:
- Someone sends a fax to your Fax2Mail number.
- You receive a new e-mail in your inbox
- Open your message and click the attachment to receive your fax. Faxes are received as Adobe Acrobat PDF files.
